All standard orders take 1 business day to process. If you order on Friday your order will process and ship end of day Monday so Monday does not count as a ship day.

We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund, and within 30 days for store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging unopened.

All returns are subject to a $5 handling fee to process your return.

If you paid priority, your refund will by the original amount minus the shipping fee. We will waive the $5 handling fee to process your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All custom bracelets are final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be issued a store credit minus a $5 handling fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days, minus our initial the shipping fee.

If you receive your order and the contents of it are incorrect or damaged let us know within 14 days after delivery and we will correct your order free of charge.
