"He looks at me like I am a queen, and he absolutely adores me."

"When he left, I was so broken. 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a house to support. He left in 2018 after my son's football game, No reason, just left. Being who I am, I sucked up the pain and did what I had to do. Needed to get my kids what they needed, went out and got a second job and just did. Then I realized, I needed to find out who I was. What I wanted. What did I like to do? What would make me happy? What did I need to do to be happy with who I was. It took 3 years to find out who I was again. And let me tell you, I am one awesome woman. I can do anything I set my mind to. My mom is my best friend, but other then her, I didn't do much outside of the kids, house, and work. My older brother invited my Mom to go to Vegas with him for the National bowling tournament he was in. She said yes. She then said it would be so fun if I would go. Both of her Kids and her in Vegas, something she was excited about and she could room with me. So we booked it and headed out in May of this year 2021. I was excited for a vacation, and with by best friend. Not to mention my brother and sister in law and no kids or work for a week. Horrible flight, so when we landed in Vegas some of my brothers buddies (that were also bowling in the tournament) met us at the airport, with drinks and a welcome to the fun we are about to have. We had left early that morning, so once we got settled in our hotel, we were starving. We met up with my brothers buddies (whom I had never met, and didn't actually know how many of them there were) for dinner. This tall, handsome friend of his joined in the festivities. He sat across from me, and we immediately started to chat it up. He had a great smile, a laugh to die for, and his eyes made me melt. I wasn't looking for anyone, just wanted to go on Vacation with my family, and have a great time without work and kids for once. We talked the whole night at dinner. He was 2 years older than I, had 3 kids. We had so much in common. I really didn't want the night to end. Evening was over, Mom and I went to our room for some much needed sleep. When I woke up the next morning, I kept thinking to myself, would Steve be there today? I kind of wanted to see him, but didn't think he would care if I was there or not. We saw him after breakfast, and the smile he gave me, lit up my world. I wanted to go swimming that day, but my brother and sister in law didn't want to, my mom is scared of water, and I sure as heck didn't want to go alone. Bah-humbug. No swimming for me. Steve overheard me talking about it and invited me to go with him at his hotel. I agreed to go. It was only an hour out of my day, because I didn't want to leave my mom alone. We talked the whole time. He got my number and we have been together everyday since. We are from Iowa, and the chances of meeting the love of your life in Vegas...who would of thought? He is from the same city as well, so it's meant to be, right? He is the one, and he will be for a long time!! I can't wait to see what the future brings. He makes me a better woman, mom, friend and person. He looks at me like I am a queen, and he absolutely adores me. They say love happens when you least expect it, and it definitely does." - Leah

I absolutely love your story! I am also now with the love of my life. It only took 23 years with the wrong man and a 20 year old daughter before it happened for me lol. But well worth the wait!
I have purchased your bracelets before and plan to order another set real soon.
Thanks for sharing your story!!!
